Love Fitness is proud to present to you our very first MUAY THAI WORKSHOP in May 2014! (Date to be advised)
We have invited two Muay Thai Instructors from Thailand, Nook aka Mr Knockout & Chenrit Saksaman aka Bang Chen, to bring the Muay Thai training experience to you! In this one day workshop, you will learn the basics of Muay Thai as well as the more dvanced techniques. You will also be doing conditioning drills, offensive skills and fighting techniques that fighters have undergo to prepare themselves before their fights, to gain insighst and experience yourself how training would be like for them.
Don't worry that it will be too tough as this workshop is suitable for everyone including beginners to advanced, muay thai enthusiasts and more!

Chenrit Saksaman aka Bang Chen
Fight Record: 180 Fights - 152 Wins
Bang Chen started training at a very young age and has astonishing fighting skills. He is one of the most decorated fighter in Lion Muay Thai and is known for his lethal elbow strikes. However, he has retired from Muay Thai fighting at the age of 28. He has also been practicing silat for over 3 years and has been in competitions in Malaysia and Thailand. He is now working as a Muay Thai instructor and a referee for Muay Thai fights in Thailand.
Nook aka Mr Knockout
Fight Record: 314 Fights - 280 wins
Nook is known around Thailand as “Mr. Knockout” and for good reason. At one time he was known as having the most devastating punch in all of Thailand. Nook began training at only 8 years old and has an amazing fighters pedigree with his fights taking him to the prestigious Lumpinee stadium as well as throughout Asia. He is a 2 time Fairtex Stadium Champion and an ex Channel 7 fighter.
